First, take a sweet baby piglet away from it's mother and rip out it's teeth, dig out it's testicles and rip off it's tail... all without painkiller. Why? Because to fatten these little guys up, you're going to pay a factory farm to cage them so closely together, they will bite each others tails. Second, keep them caged so they can't turn around for their entire lives while you pump them full of antibiotics (because there's so much disease in factory farms) and growth hormones (so their little legs break under their weight). Thirdly, transport them in sub-zero cold and heat into the 100's so tightly packed together that many die enroute to the slaughterhouse, where the killing line runs so fast they literally don't have time to die before they are boiled alive.
